  • Primary Care

    $250 for 50 minutes

    This appointment includes well-child
    checks, annual physicals, and basic
    bloodwork to support your family’s
    ongoing care. Additional or specialized
    testing is available through a Functional
    Medicine appointment. Direct messaging
    is not included. A membership is needed
    for provider messaging.

  • Functional Medicine

    $500 for 90 minutes + 30 minute follow up

    This appointment provides a full assessment and physical for patients seeking a deeper, root-cause evaluation. Recommended functional medicine tests and bloodwork may include GI-MAP, DUTCH, ZRT panels, Myco-Metabolic, and Organic Acids. A follow-up appointment within 30 days is included. Testing costs are paid by the patient.

  • Membership

    Starting at $125/month

    This membership provides personalized, comprehensive primary care using both traditional and holistic approaches. A discounted Functional Medicine visit is a benefit of membership. We use the DrChrono EHR system with the OnPatient portal, which allows you to view visit summaries, message your provider, request refills, and manage appointments.
